Abstract

The article analyzes the regulatory framework for the regulation of control and supervisory activities of business on the basis of materials of the Russian legislation and practice of its application. The authors tried to bring the general theoretical issues as close as possible to the existing problems arising in the course of the risk-based approach in the organization of state control (supervision), to give a detailed description of the warning about the inadmissibility of violation of mandatory requirements.
