Abstract

In modern conditions of social and economic development of society, an important problem is to increase the competitiveness of regional social systems, which implies technological renewal and expansion of production, intensification of natural resource use processes, etc. At the same time, the solution of modern economic problems of society leads to the disruption of the natural-resource balance of ecological systems formations. Therefore, at present, the preservation of the natural resource potential is the main condition for the balanced development of society.
