- Abstract
Based on the questionnaire survey of newly-built universities in Shaanxi, the data show that the construction of the teaching staff is developing in a good direction, but there are still many problems with the source of teachers and the “double-qualified” teaching staff, such as the single channel of teacher introduction, the insufficient number of “double-qualified” teachers, and the insufficient training of young teachers. In view of the above problems, we need to take measures such as diversified introduction of teachers, strengthening the training of young teachers, strengthening the recruitment of elite part-time teachers from enterprises, institutions and society, and promoting the exchange of full-time and part-time teachers.
