- Abstract
With the rapid economic and social development in China, the state and society have put forward higher requirements for high-quality innovative talents. Under the encouragement of the state's policies and the active participation of enterprises, colleges and universities are also actively promoting teaching reforms, actively attracting high-quality resources from social enterprises to participate in the process of talent cultivation, and exploring a model of school-enterprise cooperative education. Based on the teaching reform of production practice course, this article proposes a brand-new model of school-enterprise cooperative education. This model was validated by taking the practice of the practice reform of the School of Reliability and Systems Engineering of Beihang University as an example. Practice has proved that this type of reform of the production practice curriculum based on the school-enterprise synergistic education model has made a major breakthrough and is an effective way for the school-enterprise cooperative education mode.
