College Students’ Satisfaction Survey on Online Teaching of a University in Shanghai

- Abstract
Through the questionnaire survey in A public university in Shanghai, this paper revealed the college students’ satisfaction with online teaching after the outbreak of Coronavirus epidemic, and found that students were more satisfied with professors’ teaching attitude, less satisfied with online lessons’ atmosphere and time arrangement. It also explored the factors influencing the overall satisfaction of online teaching, found the factors that affect the overall satisfaction from big to small in turn are assisted instruction before class, tutoring after class, class teaching and technical means. Colleges can take some corresponding measures to improve the overall satisfaction of online teaching from the conclusions, and use the online teaching opportunity to promote the development of online teaching in the future.
