Abstract

In the current practice of the training for Juris Masters (non-law) in China, there are many different training modes. These modes are more or less deviated from the training objectives of Juris Masters. This situation also directly leads to the general low quality of the cultivation of Juris Masters (non-law). We should fully reflect on the current training modes and optimize them. The monopoly position of the state level guiding training mode should be eliminated. We should fully consider the market demand and the unique advantages of training institutions. A practical and diversified training mode system should be constructed.
