- Abstract
In the new era, with the transformation of the main social contradiction in China, university education is advancing towards high quality. In order to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life, higher education should not only strengthen the construction of discipline connotation, but also mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of teaching staff through scientific management. Management incentive is an important practical orientation for universities to achieve scientific management. Implementing effective management incentives, recognizing the organizational characteristics of universities is the starting point, identifying strong interference items of administrative tendencies is the focus, exploring cost investment is an economic consideration, and setting scientific goals is the key to resolving motivational problems. In addition, it is necessary to recognize the challenges encountered in the practice of management incentives.
