Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Electric and Electronics
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2013 3rd International Conference on Electric and Electronics (EEIC 2013) December 24-25, 2013, Hong Kong, China. EEIC 2013 is the third conference dedicated to issues related to the multifaceted aspects of Electric and Electronics and other related topics. A major goal and feature of it is to bring together the researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share ideas, problems and solutions relating to the multifaceted aspects of Electric and Electronics.
We hope you will have a technically rewarding experience, and use this occasion to meet old friends and make many new ones. Do not miss the opportunity to explore in Hong Kong, China. And do not forget to take a sample of the many and diverse attractions in the rest of the China.
EEIC 2013 promises to be both stimulating and informative with a wonderful array of keynote and invited speakers from all over the world. Delegates will have a wide range of sessions to choose from and will have a difficult decision in deciding which sessions to attend.
The organizing committee carried out the selection of invited and contributed papers, and their arrangements into six sessions with paper topics:
(1) 14 papers on “Circuits and Systems”
(2) 24 papers talk about “Computers and Information Technology”
(3) 15 papers on “Communication Systems”
(4) 15 papers on “Controls Theory and Applications”
(5) 28 papers on “Electrical Power Systems”
(6) 19 papers on “Signal Processing”, especially, Electrical Power Systems. Most of the participants made oral presentations or poster communications, as per arrangement.
We would like to thank the organization staff, the members of the program committees and reviewers. They have worked very hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the authors to improve their work. We also would like to express our gratitude to the external reviewers, for providing extra helps in the review process, and the authors for contributing their research result to the conference. Special thanks go to Atlantis Press.
We wish all attendees of the EEIC 2013 conference an enjoyable scientific gathering in Hong Kong, China. We look forward to seeing all of you next year at the conference.
