Abstract

Blue-yellow economic zone is the combination of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and Yellow River Delta High Efficiency Eco-Economic Zone. The development of Blue-Yellow Economic Zone is of great strategic significance not only to Shandong's economic take-off, but also to the rise of the Yellow River Basin and the coordinated development of regional economy. At present, the promotion of the strategy of "one belt and one road" brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of the blue and yellow economic zone. Facing the reality, we only seize the opportunities and meet challenges, constantly resolve various social contradictions and speed up the pace of institutional innovation and opening up, the Blue-Yellow Economic Zone can take off rapidly, and lead the rise and revitalization of the whole Yellow River Basin.
