Abstract

In the face of information-led warfare, it is difficult for military officers to be able to achieve the purpose of war. What is needed is that officers need to have comprehensive capabilities. The most important and common ability that all officers must possess is called "combat power." management". First of all, define "combat power management": the ability to guide, supervise and control the groups using force; it also shows that the uniqueness of "combat power management" lies in the fact that professionals in the military except military officers are unable to carry out combat management; The training of "combat power management" put forward four suggestions.
