Proceedings of the 2015 International Conference on Cultivating Undergraduate Entrepreneurship and Management Engineering
Chongqing Technology and Business University and the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University in Toronto are pleased to co-host the first international Conference on Cultivating Undergraduate Entrepreneurship and Management Engineering (CUEME 2015) to be held in Chongqing, PR China from the 13th to 14th of June, 2015.
Across the world, the creation and growth of Small to Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs) is seen as a key element of a country's economic success, making major contributions to GDP and employment. As a result, many universities have launched programs and various forms of start up support for student entrepreneurship activities across all areas of the university, particularly in the Engineering and Business Management disciplines. However, to date, there has been limited reporting on the theory, practice and experience in developing young entrepreneurs at the undergraduate level. The CUEME conference will bring together researchers, practitioners and students to share their ideas and experiences in enabling young entrepreneurs in a university setting. CUEME 2015 will provide an excellent international academic forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of cultivating undergraduate entrepreneurship in business, engineering and other disciplines.
