Website: https://difcon.mmu.edu.my/citic.html This proceeding comprises 45 selected papers which were presented at the second International Conference on Computer, Information Technology and Intelligent Computing 2022 (CITIC 2022). This virtual conference was successfully co-organized by the Faculty of Computing and Informatics (FCI) and Faculty of Information Science Technology (FIST), Multimedia University, Malaysia. This conference which carried the theme “Accelerating Sustainability Through Information Technology” brought together researchers, industry players, practitioners, and educators to engage and share the latest trends and development in Information Technology. The conference took place on July 25–27, 2022. CITIC 2022 was one of the six co-located conferences under the Digital Futures International Congress (DIFCON 2022), organized by Multimedia University, Malaysia. DIFCON 2022 provided a multidisciplinary platform for gathering scholars from different disciplinary backgrounds to disseminate ongoing research related to the digital futures of our society, following the “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”. Papers in this proceeding are categorized based on six conference tracks, namely, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Pattern and Image Processing, IoT, Big Data and Blockchain Technology, and Security and Privacy. In addition, CITIC 2022 aims to provide a cohesive platform for researchers, to present and discuss the most recent innovations and trends, encountered in the computing domains. Subsequently, to roll out Information Technology and computing in our society in many domains, to name a few: business, education, finance, healthcare, security, and communication. It is hoped that this conference will open vital conversation on Information Technology technologies in our community especially to foster future collaboration with one another.
