- Abstract
In the recent COVID-19 pandemic, the world has seen the importance of technology usage where multiple activities were conducted virtually for life sustainability. There is an increase of activities happening in the virtual platform, supporting different types of businesses including retail and services. The activities encompass digitization of businesses with the implementation of new technologies. This research is a review of existing studies regarding e-commerce in current pandemic times. This research is expected to produce dominant activity segment(s) in e-commerce and explore further into that topic. The findings shall provide a starting point for other research topics related to e-commerce and technology.
