- Abstract
Music, Language and the Brain is an attempt to explore the relationship between music and language from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience. It argues that these two domains share deep and critical connections and that comparative study provides a powerful way to explore the cognitive and neural mechanisms underlying these unique human abilities. This review article examines the viewpoints of the book and its implications of future research.
