Abstract

This paper starts with the Russian ice-snow sports resources to analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of ice-snow sports talents in colleges and universities, explores the constraints of the cultivation of ice-snow sports talents in colleges and universities, and puts forward the reference strategy of Russian ice and snow sports resources in the cultivation of ice-snow sports talents in colleges and universities.
