- Abstract
The education sector is one of the key players in our government’s purchasing activities, and it is of great significance to improve the use of funds in the education sector as the country’s investment in the educational career continues to intensify. In recent years, the national government procurement system has been constantly improved, and the centralized procurement of education departments is becoming more and more standardized, but still needs further enhancement in terms of overall planning and co-ordination management, in this paper, we take Guangdong Province education departments as an example to explore the ways to optimize the centralized procurement model of education departments through the means of institutional and departmental construction and informatics.
