It is a pleasure to welcome you to the 2024 3rd International Conference on Comprehensive Art and Cultural Communication (CACC 2024) which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from June 28th to 30th, 2024. At this dynamic and innovative time, we were honored to have invited academic bigwigs and business elites from all over the world to discuss the latest advances and cutting-edge researches in comprehensive art and cultural communication.s.

This conference focused on cutting-edge issues in comprehensive art and cultural communication, providing a platform for researchers and scholars to share knowledge, exchange views and promote collaboration. Key challenges and research directions faced by the development of this field were discussed in order to promote the development and application of theories and technologies in this field in universities and enterprises all over the globe, as well as establish research connections for participants and seek global partners in future careers.

To make the program more informative and colorful, the conference invited renowned scholars and experts from around the world, who brought us a series of fascinating thematic, oral, and poster presentations. These presentations covermultiple aspects of comprehensive art and cultural communication, including but not limited to hot topics such as Appreciation of Works of Art, Synthesis and Integration of Artistic Means, Audio- Visual Language, Cross-Cultural Communication, Communication Behavior, Cultural Inheritance, Cultural Innovation, Symbol Propagation, etc.

In the keynote speech session, Professor Richard Peter Bailey (UCSI University, Malaysia) certified that Malay Silat warriors continue to be seen as heroic figures among many Malaysians by considering the phenomenon of warrior heroes, in general, and the Tuah/Jebat story, in particular. And the unprecedented success of the film Mat Kilau: Kebangkitan Pahlawan also confirms that fact.Besides, based on the research Psycholinguistic Studies on Bilingual Children in Malaysia: Implications for Education and Language Intervention, ProfessorRogayahARazak (UCSIUniversity,Malaysia) touched on the first standardized language assessment tool, the Malay Preschool Language Assessment Tool, a tool which could be used to assess/screen/diagnose multilingual children. We believe that these reports have provided attendees with both insight and inspiration and promoted research and development in related fields. In addition, the oral and poster presentations provide an extra opportunity for graduate students and young scholars to present their research findings.

Finally, we believe that the Proceedings of this conference, featuring outstanding papers that represent the latest research results and innovative ideas in the fields, will be of great significance to the academic community. By publishing and sharing these papers, we are able to further expand the impact of our research, promote communication and collaboration among the academic community, and provide valuable references for future research.

We would like to acknowledge all those who supported, contributed to and participated in CACC 2024. We look forward to have your active participation in the future series conference of CACC!
