Abstract

This study attempts to put Growth Stage Model (GSM-DE) into practice in the context of Micro, Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Magelang. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires with specific criteria to 310 MSMEs owners and managers in Magelang. The results indicate that business resilience, entrepreneurial character, growth, and technology affect sustainability. The results suggest that GSM-DE is applicable in determining the factors that support sustainability. These are business resilience, entrepreneurial character, growth, and technology, so businesses must prioritize these four factors in order to ensure business sustainability.
