Website: https://bic.ub.ac.id/ We were delighted to publish the proceedings of the 2023 Brawijaya International Conference (the 2023 BIC) which was held in Lombok, Indonesia, from October 19–20, 2023, under the theme of “Going Digital Embracing Future Trends in Strengthening Society”. We were also grateful to all distinguished participants for contributing to the conference. There were around 119 participants to present and discuss their works on a wide variety of topics provided in areas of different disciplines. Itwasworth noting to have an opportunity to thank our keynote speakers Prof. Ahmad Erani Yustika, Head of the Vice President’s Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia, and Prof. Candra Fajri Ananda, Special Staff of the Minister of Finance for Regional Fiscal Affairs and also Professor of Fiscal Policy in Universitas Brawijaya. Also, we gratefully thank our invited speakers, Prof. Dr. Benedict Sheehy from the University of Canberra, Australia, Prof. Dr. Victor Kryssanov from Ritsumeikan University, Japan, Prof. Dr. Miroslav Markovi´c from Academy of Applied Studies Sumadija, Serbia, Assoc. Prof. Dr. John Francis L. Faustorilla Jr. from the University of the Philippines, Philippines, and Dr. Nongnuch Ketui from Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Thailand. All in all, we would like to express our thanks to all participants, co-hosts, and sponsors for their contributions to the conference program once more and also appreciate for the hard work of the committee in organizing the conference.
