The 3rd Asia Pacific Management Research Conference (APMRC) is hosted by Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen PPM, Indonesia, Bach Khoa, Vietnam, and Asia University, Taiwan, and also co-hosted by Indonesia Banking School. Featuring the theme of “Digitalization – The Way to Tourism Destination’s Competitive Advantage”, the conference invited scholars, researchers, and practitioners in the field of management to share their ideas and research results. Four speakers with international reputation were invited to discuss with the participants. They are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Md. Mamun Habib from BRAC Business School, BRAC Univesity, Bangladesh, Dr. Wahyu Tri Setyobudi, M.M., from PPM School of Management, Indonesia, Prof. Yinghuei Chen, Ph.D., from Asia University, Taiwan, and Dr. Nguyen Danh Nguyen, from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

There are 50 papers published in the proceedings of the 3rd APMRC. The papers discussed important issues in the scope of strategic management, human resources, human capital, operation and supply chain, organizational behaviors, innovation and entrepreneurship, finance and risk management, marketing management, hospitality and tourism, cost management and accounting management, and sustainable business development.

We would like to thank each co-hosting institution for the efforts to give significant contribution particularly on paper selection. We would also like to acknowledge leaders of Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen PPM, Indonesia, for the endless support to the conference. Last but not least, we would like to express our most sincere gratitude to the international advisory board, scientific committee, steering committee, organizing committee, and everybody taking parts in the success of the conference.
