Data analysis technique used was two-way Analysis of Variance at significant level alpha 0.05. The results of this research showed that: there was an effect of cooperative learning model type NHT assisted video media on students natural science achievement, with value of significant 0.000; there was effect of motivation on students natural science achievement, with value of significant 0,000 and there was an interaction between learning model and motivation in increasing students natural science achievement with value of significant 0.031.
