Proceedings of the 3rd Annual International Conference on Public and Business Administration (AICoBPA 2020)
Since December 2019, the coronavirus has swept through all regions of the world. COVID- 19 has wreaked havoc everywhere and shows no signs of entirely abating. Today, many places have been struggling to adapt to the new system, called The New Normal. As a response toward COVID19 issues, AICoBPA 2020 comes with the theme "Governing Risk and Uncertainty as to the Challenges for Public and Business Administration in The New Normal." Under two subtopics, namely "Business Transformation to Adapt and Increase Competitiveness in The New Normal" and "Strategic and Inclusive Policies for Enhancing Performance in The New Normal," AICoBPA aims to invite all academicians and practitioners to spread information and positive recommendation to support the business and public administration in the new normal era.
The conference was attended by more than 500 participants and attracted 151 authors from seven countries (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, China, Gambia, Poland) and various regions across Indonesia. After going through several review processes, 125 papers were received with a "revision required" status. However, only 112 papers were successfully revised and submitted to the committee. Twenty reviewers reviewed all papers that entered the committee.
