- Abstract
The paper examines the determining factors of intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) published by manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The results showed that the firm size and ownership structure contributed significantly but negatively to determine the degree of ICD. However, the finding shows that leverage does not play a substantial role in determining ICD. The study also examined whether the firm size and ownership structure had an impact on leverage. The findings confirm the considerable impacts of both variables on the dependent variable.
