We are delighted to present you the materials of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "International Conference on Policies and Economics Measures for Agricultural Development (AgroDevEco2020)", which was held on May 25-26, 2020 at Voronezh State Agrarian University created in 1912 and named after Emperor Peter I. Today the Voronezh State Agrarian University is an active participant in the processes of modernization of all aspects of Russian society and international interuniversity cooperation.

The conference was devoted to a discussion of economic and administrative issues of the development of agroeconomic systems and state support for agriculture. This scientific event has become an interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners and scientists to discuss pressing issues of the state and modernization of the agricultural sector in modern conditions.

The conference was held with the organizational support of the government of the Voronezh region, the department of agrarian policy and the department of economic development of the Voronezh region. Organizational support was provided by partner universities: University of East Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina); Azerbaijan State Agrarian University (Azerbaijan); Champagne-Ardenne Institute of Finance, Auditing and Accounting (IFAC) at the University of Reims (France).

We present original scientific articles of a theoretical and experimental nature, dedicated to specific areas of the conference: Integrated development of rural areas, Economic and managerial aspects of the development of agricultural enterprises, Digitalization of agricultural economics, Finance, management and accounting in agribusiness, Tax policy and state support for agriculture, Improving the competitiveness of agricultural products in world markets.

These proceedings propose useful information for practitioners and employees of scientific institutions, for students and teachers of agricultural and economic universities.
