Proceedings of the 1st Aceh Global Conference (AGC 2018)
The proceeding contains the selected papers from the 1st Aceh Global Conference (AGC 2018). AGC 2018 consists of two conferences, AGC SCOPOS (Social Communication and Political Science) and AGC BEST (Business Economic and Sustainable Development Trends). The conference is organized by Faculty of Social and Political Sciences in coorporation with the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. It was held on October 17-18, 2018 in Banda Aceh, Indonesia.
This conference has received 150 submitted papers. To ensure the paper quality, from both content and language aspects, we invite 58 reviewers to review the papers and involve editors to select and edit the papers. As a result, there are 112 accepted papers from nine countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Nigeria, the United States, England, Chile, Australia and Saudi Arabia published in the proceeding series Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research by Atlantis Press.
Last but not the least, for their tremendous efforts to organize this conference successfully, we would like to thank and express our gratitude to all members of the editorial board and the reviewers, who have been working very hard for making this publication possible. We hope that the publication will provide new insights and ideas for other researchers interested in studying the current social, political, economic, and business issues in Indonesia.
