Abstract

In recent years, there has been a lot of interest in applying orthogonal frequency division maltiplexing (OFDM) in wireless systems because of its various advantages in lessening the severe effects of frequency selective fading. This paper firstly introduces the basic principle of OFDM, then analyses OFDM system architecture.Finally, detailed design architeture of the OFDM system in a software radio platform is given.
