- Abstract
Due to the characteristics of long period and complicated project, in order to display and manage the airport project in a comprehensive and visual way, it is imperative to establish an application system in 3D airport simulation in advance. This system is just based on this theory and developed by adopting 3DS MAX and Sketchup modeling tool and utilizing OpenGL 3D engine based on the development language Visual C++. The system realizes 3D informationized display and management of airport. The system is testified in necessity and intuitionism through practical examples.
