- Abstract
The meteorological conditions that determine the agricultural harmful organisms occur as a key factor in the popular departures from the inter-ministerial changes,often affected when biological disasters from occurring. Yunnan agricultural meteorological disasters occur frequently. There are many different types of constraints on the development of agriculture in an important factor. Yunnan Province of agricultural biological disaster including pests and weeds, mouse, etc., frequent changes in the quantity and variety and technical nature, is very difficult to defend. The characteristics of Yunnan's three-dimensional climate determine that such disasters have strong regional and annual differences.
