To determine the effectiveness of interventions performed by N-gain calculation and difference test by “paired samples t-test”. The results showed that 1) the intervention improves nutritional and health knowledgeas well as knowledge of snack food on teachers and early childhood’s mother with N-gain respectively 0.50 and 0.34 (medium category) and differed significantly (p = 0.000), 2) intervention increases early childhood’s nutritional status towards good nutritional status/normal and significantly different with p = 0.034. After the intervention of the early childhood’s nutritional status, the children with normal nutritional status is 90.4 % (up to 6,2 %), wasting 6.3% (down to 6.2 %) and obesity 3.1 %(constant).
