- Abstract
Lecturer performance can be influenced by several things such as the ability to use information technology, organizational culture, and self-motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology, organizational culture on lecturer performance through motivation. The survey method was used in collecting data on 150 lecturers who were randomly selected as research samples. The questionnaire results data are then processed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using WarpPLS 6.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation directly has a significant effect on lecturer performance. Information technology and organizational culture indirectly through motivation have a significant influence on lecturer performance.
