- Abstract
The article deals with the differentiated understanding of information and communicative culture in higher education. The prospects and risks in formation process of the personality culture are found. They are created under the influence of multidirectional information and communicative flows. They correlate with cognitive needs, adaptive and social self-determination needs. The research works analysis postulates the influence dualism of information and communicative culture on the communication and information environment influence. Disordered information, its chaotization and the increasing received knowledge affect ambiguously the processes of socialization and inculturation. This situation is particularly acute in higher education.
