- Abstract
Auction is a common thing by creditors if the debtor is a breach of contract. The creditor conducted the auction to get the repayment of the debt. The auction must be under the auction procedures in force in Indonesia. Each auction will have a different legal effect for each party. Thus, here will be explained about the legal consequences of the auction execution of mortgage rights that use a limit value lower than the value of the property valuation by the appraisal team.
