Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the meditation program in enhancing spiritual well-being. Participant are fourty people of business persons. The treatment used was meditation for six months, once a week, two times thirty minutes per session. The experiment design used was a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test method. Data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed using paired sample t test. The results of this study show that the meditation influences the quality improvement of the spiritual well-being
