Abstract

The article determines the need to modernize the personnel training process for the agricultural sector of the Russian economy at the present stage of its development. The authors emphasize the importance of investment in human capital in the agricultural business. The analysis of statistical data on agricultural production in the region is carried out, wages in the agricultural sector are analyzed and it is determined that it is the lowest in comparison with wages in other sectors. The article shows the results of training of Russian agricultural enterprises at the regional level. The importance of use is emphasized and the necessity of introducing a cluster educational model for training agricultural workers is substantiated. The article analyzes the educational system of the agricultural profile of the Volgograd region and found that investing in human capital in many ways determines the level of development of agriculture in the region.
