- Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) toward spirituality workplace as a moderating variable for employees at St. Carolus Borromeus Hospital-Kupang. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was taken using simple random sampling technique with Slovin method by taking 39 respondents from the entire population. Primary data is obtained by a questionnaire filled out directly by the respondent. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB with a coefficient of 0.540 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) in a spirituality workplace that deserves to be a moderating variable and is able to strengthen organizational culture variables towards OCB.
