Abstract

Performance evaluation of grid project budget management can help enterprises analyze and evaluate budget performance, find out problems in budget management, and propose improvement suggestions to help solve problems in budget management. By establishing and improving the comprehensive budget management system of the enterprise, the efficiency of the company's budget management can be effectively improved.
