Abstract

Based on the current development status of underwater operation equipment in the background of informationization, this paper analyzes the training needs of underwater operation command talents, and studies the countermeasures for the pre-job training on the command talents of underwater unmanned equipment on account of the problems in the relevant command training, which has positive guiding significance for the quality education and ability training on the command talents of underwater unmanned equipment.
