Abstract

There is still some serious problems in the poverty alleviation work in the Old Revolutionary Base Area of Gansu, such as the inaccurate strategies, bureaucratic working styles, and so on. Aiming at solving the problems, the paper has reviewed the poverty alleviation work from Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Board Area period to the Liberation, summarized the experience and enlightenment.
