Abstract

Consulting Industry is the general name of the third industry which takes consulting services as the characteristics in various industries. It essentially a knowledge service industry contains intensive intellectual. This article starts from the introduction of the development of modern consulting industry, based on the deep analysis of industry development in developed countries, discussing the present situation and problems of consultation industry in our country, and putting forward some measures to further development of consulting industry in China.
