Abstract

After entering 21st century, the higher education in China is experiencing the transfer from the “examination education” to the “quality education”. The all-round cultivation of highly-qualified talents has been the main trend of all universities. This paper explores the process, significance and effect of exercising “class cadres’ rotation system”. Through the adaptation of this system, students’ sense of participating, confidence and initiative is greatly promoted. Class cadre’s rotation not only can expand the number of students’ cadres and provide them a chance of practicing, but also enhance their initiative so as to raise their cohesive force.
