Abstract

With the popularization of network technology, the network mass incidents involving college and university students have been the important aspect in college and university management. Through undergoing an empirical study on parts of colleges and universities in Tianjin this passage analyzes the cause and the nature of incidents, the way of spread and the harm, and it also provides detailed advice and proposal.
