Abstract

At present, the relevant studies mostly focus on the CCI of service industry in reality, while pay less attention to the CCI of the production and service industries in virtual environment. Basing on the China's real estate industry, this study explored the components of electronic CCI (ECCI). Moreover, with the assistance of references and in-depth interview, it established the measurement scale of ECCI in real estate consumption. Finally, the scale was proved through empirical test.
