Abstract

Children's education emphasis is increasing, the choice of a quality for their parent's elementary school has become a trend, and the trend to parents, schools and the whole society has brought the huge impact, from parents, schools and society three aspects are analyzed, and put forward the suggestion to solve the choice hot phenomenon: parents should straighten values, comply with the natural development of students, schools, optimize teachers' team, perfect management system, improve teachers' enthusiasm; Society should increase the intensity of weak school reform, share equal high quality education. With the development of the society and the progress of science, talented person become a kind of important resources. Many pupils' parents in order not to let their children lose at the starting line, try every means to let the child in a good school, this kind of phenomenon is influenced by many factors and exist for a long time, and instead of cooling fade over time has more and more rising trend, namely the phenomenon of "school choice hot".
