Abstract

Establishment of the tower's marks the maintenance and operation of the communication infrastructure construction will be independent in telecom operators and exist alone, is of great significance to improve the network infrastructure, resulting in top-level system design and competitive model of change. This paper is based on the analysis of the impact of the changes in the communications business.
