Abstract

In the new economic period, organizational structure innovation has become an important driving force for small and medium-sized enterprises to build new competitive advantages. This paper briefly describes the background of the era of innovation of the organizational structure of small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward innovative ideas on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the organizational structure of small and medium-sized enterprises, which provides reference for the small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their competitiveness and develop and develop in the fierce environment.
