One of the impacts is the changing of the house function become a home-based enterprise to accommodate the tourism. The results show that houses in kartini beach provides a place to live for the inhabitant and a space for various types of business relating to tourism. The most dominant proportion of HBE in Kartini beach is mixed type. As a result, that the type of HBE is mixed, then there is no clear division of space as public or private spaces, so that the existing spaces are considered to be beneficial, the space will change its function to accommodate economic interests.
