Abstract

China is an agricultural country. Agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The rural revitalization strategy put forward at the 19th CPC national congress is an important measure to promote agricultural development and rural construction and increase farmers' income. Finance is an important guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the basis and support for the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.
