- Abstract
In May 17, 2018, China and Eurasian Economic Union signed an agreement on economic and trade cooperation with important institutional arrangements which is the first contract signed by both of them. Obviously, after The Belt and Road, this will be a new stage of institutional guidance to promote the development of trade between China and Russia with new features on the basis of docking with Eurasian Economic Union dominated by Russia. In fact, there are obvious differences in the trade structure between China and Russia, China is a trade surplus country, Russia is a trade deficit country, and bilateral trade cooperation is very close, trade development is still very fast. In the future, the trade prospects of both are broader.
