- Abstract
Application-oriented colleges and universities pay attention to the cultivation of application-oriented talents, and the maturity of undergraduate majors can reflect the quality of application-oriented talents trained by this major from the side. In shandong province in this paper, combined with high levels of applied construction professional performance evaluation indicators, from a few basic principles of constructing evaluation index system of undergraduate, combining the teachers troop, talent training, education, teaching, scientific research, social service, and primary index weights of guarantee conditions, the undergraduate professional maturity evaluation indexes applied in colleges and universities, points out that to strengthen the construction of the connotation of the undergraduate. On this basis, the paper focuses on the analysis of the heavy weight of the index system and the prominent problems in undergraduate teaching.
