Abstract

In order to make the library cause of advancing with the times, developing smoothly under the network environment, and constantly improve the level of digital information. For the library, library culture should go a step ahead, so it can guide library construction by advanced and more scientific culture idea . For thelibrary ,culture is supporting a strong guarantee for the development of the library cause, the library needs to through strengthening library's cultural accumulation and knowledge update, and then explore the library internal intellectual resources and intellectual elements, effectively improve the library's competitive ability and the innovation ability, to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
